Scope of work for Growth Marketing Lead:

  • Someone to handle feature related communication
  • Someone to handle voucher & promo-code utilisation for campaign
  • Someone to handle always on CRM campaign, to nudge our user

In Detail:

(1) Product Marketing

- Project management for new & existing feature related campaign

- Crafting launch & always on strategy for product marketing

- Create creative brief for campaign

- Connect with execution team for each campaign

- Monitor execution

- Collaborate with analyst for post-campaign report


(2) Growth Marketing (Utilising existing tools)

- Generating voucher (for campaign or AdHoc request)

- Generating promo-code (for campaign or AdHoc request)

- Create campaign design (voucher type, mechanism & burn)

- Plan execution campaign related to campaign design

- Create segmentation for campaign

- Collaborate with executor for execution

- Document and write pre & post analysis


(3) CLM/ CRM

- Gather insight and pre-analysis before crafting campaign plan

- Create always on CRM campaign

- Scope of channel: PN, Inbox, Newsletter, Digital Ads, Social Media

- Prepare content for each channel

- Collaborate with execution team

- Create post campaign analysis, learning & optimisation


Requirements

  • - Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or relevant experience
  • - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello)
  • - A creative design-thinking and problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
  • - Experience in consumer face campaign management
  • - Good knowledge of SQL and basic experimentation process
  • - Proficiency with multiple analytic and database tools common within a marketing organization (e.g., Clevertap, Tableau, voucher or promo creation, etc.)
  • - Balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • - Strong analytical skill & thingking
  • - Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving, pragmatic in working around problems
  • - Good time-management skills, with adaptability to meet tight deadlines and balance simultaneous work streams
  • - Working experience in related field (campaign manager, growth and experimentation related job) is a plus.
