This leads to evolution in the society, especially in the use of social media. As a Social Media Officer, you will be in charge of create engaging content of social media channel and become ‘the bridge’ to support on-going communication between brand and its consumer. Social Media Team will be working closely with product marketing teams across the organization to ensure the creation of content communication. As the communication for external users, the team will need to proactively engage with followers and relevant online communities. We are looking for a highly creative and highly-motivated digital content creator who can help us achieve one goal: advertising is not only about creating the most unique campaigns, but it’s also about executing ideas which could create positive impact towards people’s lives.

What You'll Do
  • Manage brand’s social media accounts (daily and campaigns content)
  • Work with content writer, designer and project team to produce content to identify content to post.
  • Schedule all posts to the various networks (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube)
  • Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries, engage in dialogues where its appropriate and needed
  • Provide insights on what content will work well on social media
  • Identify Brand’s KOL and able to reach the ambassador candidates
  • Monitoring social media trends: Track and observe new social media tools & its application and successfully spot the trending in social media
  • Involve in all phases of social media activity from brainstorm, execution, and also observation to gain insights
  • What You'll Need
  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Management and any related major.
  • At least 2 years related experience from Advertising Agency or Start-Ups
  • Strong team player with Creative and Innovative mind
  • Result oriented with attention to detail is a must!
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
  • Strong written, editing, and proof-reading skills
  • Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platform(s), and technologies
  • Strong passion in digital particularly social media and willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and planning skill
  • Good communication and presentation skills
