managing digital campaign strategy and digital agency services of experience

Key job responsibilities:
• To work closely with marketing team to provide a comprehensive suite of digital agency services
• Advise, strategize, plan and execute integrated campaigns 
• Create, execute, and manage multi channel digital marketing campaigns (paid and unpaid)
• Explore and open new digital marketing channels
• Design and manage digital branding and identity
• Design, manage, cultivate social media communities
• Manage outsourced SEO and SEM ranking activities
• Manage network of marketing partners and affiliate networks
• Source and manage freelance resources to assist with design and production
• Implement KPI performance measurements for continuous improvement
• Create, manage and analyse all digital media campaigns across multiple publishers and search engines to ensure acquisition and conversion goal are met
• Creating long term plans and strategies to manage both buyers and vendors (business partners)
• Manage special events such as sponsorship activities in order to gain public attention through the media
• Fundamental knowledge of major lifestyle and blogs/influencer/portals (locally and internationally)
• Develop digital marketing strategy and planning
• Optimize products by closely analysing user engagement performance metrics and testing alternate design solutions.
• Constantly researching other similar products/services

• Bachelor degree (min.) in marketing or related
• Strong skillsets across digital including mobile and desktop
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and leadership skills
• Established portfolio or body of digital work
• Good leadership skills and strong interest to work in a start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills with high self-confidence
• Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
