The International Conference on Science, Technology and Humanity (ISETH) is a unique conference series initiated by Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This year, the conference will be held in Yogyakarta, one of heritage cities in Indonesia, famous for its rich traditional culture. This conference is a forum to bring together scientists, business people, politicians, religious leaders and academics to bring new insights in the field of science, technology and humanity to create a better environment for the society. The current conference, therefore, aims at accommodating the concerns of various parties in the contribution on the achievement of a liveable life.
The organiser invites you to submit high quality, original full research papers through our conference system at iseth.ums.ac.id by May 31, 2016.
The papers submitted should have not been published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. All accepted and presented papers at ISETH 2016 will be available online on the publication page of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (publikasiilmiah.ums.ac.id) which is directly accessible through Indonesian Publication Index, indexed on Google Scholar and Research Gate. A number of selected papers may also be published in some Scopus indexed Journals* and DIKTI (Indonesian Directorate General of Higher Education) accredited journalsi.e. Jurnal Forum Geografi and Jurnal Ekonomi Pembangunan.

Topics

This year, the conference theme is “Innovation for Humanity”. Research, as manifestation of innovation, looks for opportunities to create humane society and to breed global prosperity. Such sustainable society will have a greater chance to be established if there are collaboration and cooperation amongst social agents such as academics, researchers, business people, and leaders. A change of mindset towards humanity in every aspects of innovation is needed to achieve sustainable society.
This second conference of the series, ISETH 2016 welcomes brand new ideas dedicated to the fields of technology, science and humanity as a contribution to the development of sustainable society.
